Our certification programs are open to university graduates, active real estate agents, financial planners, and career transitioners seeking cross-border transactional credentials across the Indian and Dubai property corridors.
2. How are the SCC and SCCP certifications granted? +
Upon completing the curriculum, candidates must complete a mock case-study assessment simulating direct client wealth routing. Official certifications are issued upon achieving an assessment score of 80% or higher.
3. How does the channel partner commission model work? +
Certified partners receive dedicated allocation tracking codes. When a referred investor reserves a property, commission splits are automatically locked and processed directly via our builder ESCROW integrations in India and Dubai.
4. Does the Academy offer active placement support? +
Yes. The highest-performing candidates in each batch are offered active placement desks within our corporate sales cabinets in Noida (Bhutani Alphathum) and Dubai (Business Bay).
